We have planned a three-day programme with a plenary session on Day One and concurrent sessions on separate topics on Day Two & Day Three.
Day One: Our plenary session this year is on Substance and Form in International Taxation.

Day Two: We have a joint morning session on Emerging Issues in Indian International Taxation: Indian Tax and Treaty Policy - 2012 Supreme Court Vodafone Decision in India - New Advance Pricing Arrangement Program, and Concurrent sessions in the afternoon on
(i) International Structuring for Investing Abroad (a) Tax Issues affecting MNCs (b) Transfer Pricing Rules for Developing Countries: Issues and Options
(ii) Indirect Taxation Developments: Considerations in Taxation of Financial Services - Taxation of Services: Centre State Division of Taxation Powers (b) Controversies in Taxation of Services in India.

Day Three: There are Concurrent sessions on
(i) International Tax Developments: Recent Developments in the UN and OECD Model Treaties - Some Recent International Tax Developments, and
(ii) Transfer Pricing Developments : Intangibles - Country Experiences in Transfer Pricing.

The concluding joint session includes a question and answer session with the Indian Transfer Pricing Directorate and a panel discussion on Recent International Taxation Developments in India, which will be recorded by CNBC - TV18.
In addition, there are several panel discussions and special presentations on the impact of international taxation on offshore financial centres and trusts.
